Playas de San Felipe - San Felipe

Popular area for the Gringos and Canadians. A lot of the homes or home sites have great sea and mountain views. Very close to town. More of an existing neighborhood than a development. Playas de San Felipe is very close to town and has no common areas, no common amenities and no HOA but is a very popular area for purchasing re-sale home sites and building as well as re-sale homes. There is a mixture of inexpensive homes and very elaborate homes as well as some commercial such as stores.

There are quite a few homes built in Playas de San Felipe. There is a mixture of the old and the new and everything from rental condos, hotels, mini-marts and a brand new furniture store to million dollar homes.
