Trump Ocean Resort Baja Mexico will feature studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom condo hotel units, ranging in size from 700 sq. ft. to 4,500 sq. ft. All suites will have contemporary outdoor living spaces offering panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Coronado Islands. They will be delivered fully furnished and will include top-of-the-line appliances and amenities. Construction is scheduled to begin in late 2008 with completion of the first tower scheduled for late 2010. Build-out of the resort (all three towers) will take a total of three to four years. Prices for condo hotel units at Trump Baja, first tower, start surprisingly low, in the mid-$250,000's.
