Baja Mar is both a residential and golf community. Boasting an Oceanfront golf course approx 78.5 kilometers (48 miles) south of the US border at San Diego. This is a master planned community and currently there are at least six different developers that own land and are moving forward with new projects. There are a variety of properties from condos to single family residences. All of the properties are in the development phase as of November 2008 but pricing and pre-sales are available.
