Sunset Beach at Saldamando Sunset beach is a 100 acre site with nearly 1.5 miles of ocean front just 10 minutes north of Ensenada on the Quota or toll road and about 40 minutes south of Rosarito and about 75 minutes from the San Diego border crossing.

There will be about 180 home sites to build on of various sizes.

Phase One will have 30 Ocean Front sites, 91 Ocean View Lots and 50 Villas.

Phase Two will have 19 Ocean front sites, 17 Ocean View sites, 14 estate lots and 250 Villas.

There will be private beaches, significant open spaces, a terraced lay out and many amenities.All lot sizes are 6,500 SF and ocean front lots have 66 feet or more of beach.

Amenities include: 2 secluded sand beaches, 1.5 miles of oce, tennis courts, croquet lawns, swimming pools, a day Spa, 4 miles of walking trails with fitness stations, club houses, north and south quota interchanges and about 14,000 palm trees. Completion is planned for 2010.
